Commissions Terms of Service

General

  • By commissioning me you agree to all terms listed here
  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason without explanation
  • These terms may be updated at any time so always check before ordering
  • Commissioning me does not grant you copyright ownership of the artwork

Payment

  • All prices are in USD
  • Payment is split: 50% deposit upfront to begin, 50% on completion before delivery
  • Deposit is non refundable once work has started
  • Payment is via PayPal invoice only
  • Full payment must be cleared before the final file is delivered
  • Prices are subject to change; your quote is locked once deposit is paid

What I will draw

  • Furry / anthro characters
  • Feral characters
  • Original characters (OCs)
  • Fan characters
  • Human and humanoid characters
  • Couples and multi character pieces
  • Gore and horror themes (discuss first)
  • NSFW / explicit content [ see NSFW section below ]

What I will NOT draw

  • Real people without their explicit consent
  • Characters that appear underage in sexual or suggestive contexts: no exceptions
  • Hate symbols, political propaganda or content promoting harm
  • Heavy fetish content involving minors in any context
  • Content intended to harass or target real individuals

NSFW Policy

  • I do accept NSFW commissions including explicit content
  • Age verification is mandatory before any NSFW work begins
  • You must provide a valid government issued photo ID confirming you are 18 or older
  • Your ID will be viewed for verification only and not stored or shared, furthermore we will provide proof of deletion from the servers within 24H if requested as per GDPR Right to be Forgotten.
  • NSFW work carry no surcharge on the base price
  • NSFW commissions are strictly between artist and client: i will not publicly post them without your explicit permission
  • If you misrepresent your age the commission is cancelled immediately with no refund

Process and timeline

  • Estimated turnaround times are approximate and not guaranteed
  • I will send at least one WIP (work in progress) sketch for approval before proceeding to final drawing
  • Please respond to WIP checkins within 7 days: no response may result in the commission being paused or cancelled
  • Rush commissions (faster turnaround) may be available for an additional fee Though, ask beforehand

Revisions

  • 2 free revisions included during the sketch stage
  • Changes to composition, pose, or concept after sketch approval may incur an additional fee
  • Minor adjustments (small color tweaks, minor fixes) are free
  • Major changes after lineart/coloring has begun will be charged extra
  • I do not offer revisions after final delivery

Cancellations and refunds

  • You may cancel before work begins for a full refund
  • If work has started, the deposit is kept; remaining balance is not charged
  • If I need to cancel for personal reasons, a full refund is issued regardless of progress
  • Chargebacks and payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from commissioning me

File delivery

  • Final files delivered as PNG at high resolution unless otherwise agreed
  • Files are downloadable via a link to a secure vault protected by a unique password you only get to receive upon receiving the remaining deposit.
  • You have 90 days to download your files: after that I cannot guarantee file availability
  • Source files (PSD, CSP etc.) are not included unless specifically negotiated

Usage rights

  • You may use the artwork for personal use such as for profile pictures, printing for yourself, sharing on social media with credit
  • You may not sell, redistribute, or use the artwork commercially without purchasing a commercial license
  • You may not use the artwork to train AI models
  • Credit is appreciated but not required for personal use a tag or mention is always welcome
  • I retain the right to post the artwork in my portfolio unless you request privacy (available at an additional 5% fee)

Privacy

  • Your email and commission details are stored only for the purpose of fulfilling your order
  • NSFW clients identities are kept strictly private
  • I will never share your personal details with third parties
