This website is operated by Andrew, trading as your_fridge, an individual artist offering digital art commission services.
What data I collect and why
Commission request form
When you submit a commission request through the form on this site I collect:
- Your name or alias
- Your email address
- Commission details you provide (description, references, budget, deadline)
- Any files you upload as references
This data is collected solely to process and fulfill your commission request.
Email communication
When you email me directly I retain that correspondence for the purpose of fulfilling your order and resolving any disputes.
NSFW verification
If you request NSFW content I will ask you to provide proof of age via a government issued ID. This is viewed once for verification purposes only. It is not stored, copied, photographed, or shared with any third party. Once verified I note only that verification was completed not any ID details.
Website analytics
This site may collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited and time on site via Google Analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. If you have accepted optional cookies via the cookie consent banner, those preferences are stored in your browser.
Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
Under GDPR I process your data on the following legal bases:
- Contract performance: processing your name, email and commission details is necessary to fulfill the commission you requested
- Legitimate interest: retaining communication records to resolve potential disputes
- Legal obligation: age verification for NSFW content is required by law
How long i keep your data
Commission details: 1 year after completion
Email correspondence: 2 years after last contact
Payment records: 7 years (required by Italian tax law)
NSFW age verification: not stored, verified and discarded immediately
Who I share your data with
I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except:
PayPal: Payment is processed via PayPal. When you pay a PayPal invoice your payment details are handled entirely by PayPal under their own privacy policy at paypal.com/privacy.
I only receive confirmation of payment; not your card or bank details.
Zoho Mail: Outgoing emails from this site are sent via Zoho.
Your email address passes through their servers to deliver confirmation emails. Zoho’s privacy policy is at this clickable link.
Forminator / WordPress: Commission request data is temporarily stored in this site’s WordPress database hosted on a server located in Italy. This server is operated by me.
Your rights under GDPR
If you are an EU resident you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data I hold about you
- Rectification: ask me to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: ask me to delete your data (right to be forgotten)
- Restriction: ask me to stop processing your data
- Portability: receive your data in a portable format
- Object: object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent: at any time where processing is based on consent

Data security
Your data is stored on a password protected server with HTTPS encryption. Access to commission data in WordPress is restricted to me only. I take reasonable technical measures to protect your information but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Third party links
This site may contain links to external sites such as Instagram or Discord. I am not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. I do not knowingly collect data from minors. NSFW services are strictly for verified adults only.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
